"I am very thankful and blessed to have HDA as advocates in my life at this crucial time. HDA has shown me compassion and understanding. They are professional and very thorough-providing me with the necessary legal documentation and guidance to submit my Temporary Restraining Order. When circumstances occurred where I had to resubmit my TRO documentation-my former sessions with Candice Hill gave me the confidence and know-how to resubmit immediately on the spot completing it within 2.5 hours in the courthouse's law library. Our efforts were awarded and recognized. The judge granted the TRO and full legal and physical custody of our 5 children. He also granted the Move Out Order which allowed me to leave the Marjaree Mason Center domestic violence protected shelter with my 5 children and return home in time for Christmas. I became blessed with guardianship and have a new addition to our family as now the oldest daughter and big sister. She is such a blessing-along with HDA-have been instrumental in our success." -
